💰 Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

My client, a growing and reputable General Contractor is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project execution from pre-construction through closeout. You will be involved in documentation, scheduling, procurement support, and communication between field and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of ICI construction projects
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Support tendering and procurement of trades and materials
• Maintain project schedules and assist with progress tracking
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Liaise with site staff, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitor budgets and assist with cost tracking
• Ensure documentation complies with contract and project requirements
