What the Role Entails :
Serve as the primary contact for our Retail Client’s Plan Administrator and Plan SponsorsCollaborate closely with the Senior and Group Benefits Analyst to prepare and issue Request To Quote (RTQ) to Carrier Partners, using established tools and processesAnalyze carrier proposals and prepare detailed, client-ready reports for Advisors to presentManage the onboarding of new groups and coordinate implementation for existing clients transitioning to new providersProvide post-sale and ongoing administrative support to Plan Sponsors and AdministratorsAssist clients with all aspects of Employee Group Health Benefits administrationThe Successful candidate will have :
If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please applyCompletion of a high school diploma and / or post-secondary educationCertification in CEBS or GBA is considered an asset, though not requiredDemonstrated analytical acumen and strong organizational capabilitiesProven commitment to client service and customer satisfactionAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management, attention to detail, and follow-throughAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with solid keyboarding and computer skills
