Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a recruitment leader who’s ready to operate at a strategic altitude while still delivering hands-on results. This role is mission-critical to elevating our talent ecosystem and strengthening the workforce engine that fuels our business.

What You’ll Own

You’ll be the end-to-end architect of our hiring experience—designing sourcing strategies, orchestrating full lifecycle recruitment, and delivering best-in-class stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence

• Partner with hiring managers to craft a clear, aligned understanding of role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing timelines.
• Deploy targeted recruiting strategies, leveraging innovative channels to drive high-quality pipelines.
• Champion the full hiring workflow—screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding—while ensuring seamless execution through Workday.
• Curate ongoing talent pools to support high-volume needs and proactive workforce planning.
• Represent the brand at career events and networking activations, strengthening our presence in key markets.
• Build trust and synergy with leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver predictable, high-impact hiring outcomes.

Strategic Sourcing

• Lead direct sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill and senior-level roles.
• Create sustainable talent pipelines aligned with future workforce imperatives.
• Drive market intelligence and competitive insights to elevate hiring strategies.

Reporting, Analytics & Optimization

• Maintain recruitment service-level reporting and extract actionable insights to enhance performance.
• Evaluate and refine talent acquisition tools, processes, and automation opportunities to optimize operational efficiency.

HR Projects & Innovation

• Engage in HR initiatives that advance organizational capability, culture, and employee experience.

• Bachelor’s degree; CHRP is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment ownership, ideally in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Deep expertise in social sourcing—especially LinkedIn—and modern talent attraction tactics.
• Advanced behavioral and competency-based interviewing capabilities.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance.
• High proficiency in Excel and comfort navigating Applicant Tracking and HRIS platforms; Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• A resilient, solutions-focused mindset with the agility to pivot in a fast-paced HR landscape.
• Collaborative spirit with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
