Our internships and co‑ops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor. We’ll help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment.

We are seeking a student to join us for a 4‑month co‑op position starting in May 2026. This position will be based out of the Mississauga or Calgary office.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Extract, transform, and load data from diverse data sources for data analysis and reporting used
• Ensure data quality and perform data cleaning as needed
• Experience creating and maintaining reports, and dashboards in Power BI an asset
• Assist in analyzing historical construction data and improving data quality where needed
• Assist in data strategy efforts, including updating data flowcharts
• Support data science efforts by identifying machine learning and Python automation opportunities, sourcing and preparing data, and developing models and workflows for construction activities
• Complete data related courses
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Data Analyst
