This is a unique opportunity to work with a young and dynamic team on a cutting-edge patented hardshell backpack called Watson.
You will be the backbone of production - assembling the final product, meticulously ensuring the highest quality, and shipping it to our customers all over the world.

What we expect you to do :
- Assess and document quality of product components. Ensure adequate components and supplies are available at work station.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Use hand and power tools as required, assemble and connect components such as plastics, fabrics, springs, and adhesives following a specific sequence into a sub-assembly for mounting onto the main assembly.
- On completion of sub-assembly contact Production Manager for the first-piece check. When approved, proceed with the assembly of subsequent units.
- Be fully knowledgeable in the procedures of each sub-assembly component and final product assembly.
- Conduct visual inspection of product and have Production Manager do first-piece check.
- Record daily and weekly production count.
- Package product for shipping.
- Print shipping labels.
- Work both supervised and unsupervised - reporting to Production Manager in person, via email, telephone, and video.
What we expect you to have :
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-year experience in assembling consumer products
- Experience working with 3 out of 4 of the following materials :
- Plastics
- Mechanical fasteners i.e. screws, springs
- Adhesives / glue
- Upholstery / fabrics
- A valid driver's license
- Conversational level basic English, written and spoken
