Description de posteAssist with collecting and verifying timesheets or hours worked. Support payroll processing by gathering required documentation and ensuring accuracy. Maintain up-to-date employee records and support HRIS data entry. Help plan and execute employee engagement activities (e.g., wellness challenges, team socials, appreciation events). Provide basic HR policy support and refer more complex questions to senior team members. Be a friendly and confidential point of contact for day-to-day employee questions. Track and document health and safety training and certifications. Support incident reporting and follow-up processes. Help maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations. Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions (e.g., scheduling, materials, attendance tracking). Help maintain the internal training calendar and employee development resources. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business, Administration or related post-secondary program. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to support a growing team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other admin tools. Exposure to a wide range of HR activities in a supportive environment. Mentorship from experienced HR professionals. Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team. This junior-level role is perfect for a student or emerging HR professional eager to learn and contribute across a variety of people functions. Youll support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, health and safety, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while being mentored by experienced HR professionals.

- Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Communicate with candidates and support a smooth, inclusive recruitment process.
- Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure a warm welcome for new hires.
