Information and Information Technology (I&IT) Division is currently seeking a Senior Application Developer, HRIS with a focus on Oracle Cloud Fusion or Oracle HCM and HRIS to join our fast, highly productive team. As a successful candidate, you will assist in the design, development, and implementation of HCM / HRIS solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud. Responsibilities will also include the use of tools and utilities such as Oracle Workflow and cloud platforms / tools like OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), Oracle HDL (HCM Data Loader), and FBDI (File Based Data Import).
You will also interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design, with a specific focus on HCM / HRIS modules and functionalities.
