Competitive compensation package that includes, paid comprehensive health benefits plan and Perform daily reviews of MRP requirements and collaborate with suppliers to establish optimal quantities, delivery schedules, and shipping methods; Manage supplier performance issues, including quality concerns, delivery delays, and service gaps; Identify solutions to supply-chain challenges such as budget constraints, lead-time changes, vendor errors, or material shortages; Review and track all outstanding purchase orders; follow up on discrepancies and ensure accurate fulfillment; Coordinate material transfers from third-party warehouses to Company's main facility in a timely and cost-effective manner; Review monthly demand forecasts and initiate blanket orders for long-lead components (PCBs, relays, connectors, harness components, etc.); Obtain and analyze monthly inventory reports from key suppliers to maintain accurate visibility of stock levels and WIP; Seek continuous-improvement opportunities and cost-reduction initiatives within the procurement cycle; Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Business Development teams to understand material requirements and support new-product introduction (NPI); Contribute to departmental and organizational objectives as a collaborative member of the operations team. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industrial environments; Experience with ERP systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis); Good negotiation, supplier-management, and communication skills; Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
