Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Manager of Care & Repair Operational Excellence, you will lead and champion process and continuous improvement that elevates the guest experience as well as optimize operations throughout our Care & Repair network. This role offers the opportunity to be a change maker by measuring our services through data and insights and developing and executing industry leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely in collaboration with After-Sales, Retail Ops, Tech, Manufacturing as well as the broader Supply Chain and ReBIRD team to optimize operational efficiency.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$105,000 - CAD$131,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and do not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
