Description de posteEvaluate regional sales potential, considering economic and competitive factors. Align sales representatives’ plans with the regional strategy. Report on sales and regional marketing activities. Hiring, training and developing reports to maximize performance. Supporting sales representatives through call assistance, marketing material provision and event facilitation. Coaching reports on selling techniques to maximize product development. Maintaining relationships with roofing contractors, architects, engineers, and clients. Conducting team progress reviews and sharing product information. Representing the company at trade shows and conferences. Networking within relevant associations. Local marketing to enhance regional brand presence. Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sociology, English, Architecture or Engineering (preferred). LEED Certification. Leadership and managerial skills. Bilingual in French and English. 8‑10 years of management experience. Sales experience or sales management experience.
