Job Purpose : Manages and directs a sales force to generate sales of roofing material and services to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region.
Responsibilities
- Supervision and training of sales staff.
Develop annual strategic business plan, including :
Evaluate regional sales potential, considering economic and competitive factors.Align sales representatives’ plans with the regional strategy.Report on sales and regional marketing activities.Meet regional sales targets by :
Hiring, training and developing reports to maximize performance.Supporting sales representatives through call assistance, marketing material provision and event facilitation.Coaching reports on selling techniques to maximize product development.Maintaining relationships with roofing contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.Conducting team progress reviews and sharing product information.New Business Development by :
Representing the company at trade shows and conferences.Networking within relevant associations.Local marketing to enhance regional brand presence.Education and Skills
Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sociology, English, Architecture or Engineering (preferred).LEED Certification.Leadership and managerial skills.Bilingual in French and English.Experience
