Description de posteAchieve ≥95% on‑time completion of production orders. Ensure production output meets or exceeds the forecasted shipment revenue. Achieve zero lost‑time accidents and maintain customer return defect rate below 0.3%, while actively driving a safety‑first culture and ensuring all quality procedures are consistently followed and continuously improved. Demonstrated ability to drive manufacturing efficiency, schedule adherence, and throughput in high‑mix, fast‑growing environments. Uses KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools to guide actions. Builds strong, motivated teams; coaches and mentors operators and leaders. Thrives in dynamic growth, acquisition integration, and process standardization challenges. Works seamlessly with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain. Clear, concise, and consistent in instructions, reporting, and escalation. Demonstrated ability to drive manufacturing efficiency, schedule adherence, and throughput in high‑mix, fast‑growing environments.

Description
Mission : Lead and manage production operations to consistently meet or exceed efficiency, schedule, and revenue targets, while maintaining world‑class safety, quality, culture, and team engagement standards.

- Maintain ≥85% efficiency across all production lines. Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks. Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM).
