Description

Mission : Lead and manage production operations to consistently meet or exceed efficiency, schedule, and revenue targets, while maintaining world‑class safety, quality, culture, and team engagement standards.

• Maintain ≥85% efficiency across all production lines. Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks. Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM).
