Client Care Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

Pitcher & Doyle is seeking an experienced Client Care Representative to support our underwriting team, reporting to the Director, Underwriting. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong administrative and conflict-resolution skills who is looking to grow within the insurance industry. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client and broker inquiries, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic service
• Support policy administration, including documentation review, data validation, endorsements, cancellations, and general processing
• Coordinate premium finance agreements, client communications, and follow-ups
• Provide administrative and customer support related to claims, including intake coordination and status updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution
• Assist with general administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
