We are currently seeking an AI Development Engineer – Remote to join our team in Canada (CA). This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI‑driven solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks, data engineering, and model optimization, along with a strong understanding of software development best practices.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy scalable AI / ML models for real‑world applications.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to support model development.

Monitor and improve model performance in production environments.

Stay current with advancements in AI / ML technologies and apply them to enhance solution capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years experience in AI Agents, machine learning, deep learning, and data science.

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries.

3 to 5 years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI considerations.
