About the Role :

The Showing Agent is responsible for conducting property showings and providing an excellent client experience during tours. This role supports the leasing process by coordinating appointments, presenting properties professionally, and communicating client feedback to the lead agent or property management team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
• Provide detailed property information and highlight key features during tours.
• Ensure properties are clean, secure, and ready for viewing.
• Collect and relay client feedback to the leasing team.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain professional communication with clients.
• Assist with open houses, marketing materials, and lockbox management as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings, and company policies.
