Reception and Conference Room Assistant

Do you have front desk experience in hospitality or a corporate setting as a receptionist?

YOUR ROLE:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors with courtesy and professionalism;

  • Coordinating the booking of various conference rooms and ensuring the required equipment are available;

  • Prepare conference rooms and arrange furniture according to meeting needs;

  • Plan and coordinate catering service requests;

  • Manage office supply inventory.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within a law firm or a professional services environment;

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage the needs of multiple clients simultaneously;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, in both English and French;

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail;

  • Must be flexible and a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
