Experienced Contract Administrator

Architecture49 is seeking an Experienced Contract Administrator  to join our GTA team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout the Greater Toronto Area, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control
• Assisting with project progress and site reports
• Assist with shop drawings, answering Contractor requests for information and issuing contract changes
• Assist with quality control / constructability reviews on drawings and specifications
• Collaborating and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team
