Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business at existing and new accounts
- Support General SalesForce through communication, and scheduled joint sales calls
- Identify market opportunities relative to changing customer needs, the anticipation of competitors and environmental forces
- Maintain Messer price policies and develop a thorough price management process
- Monitor Market Price Intelligence and Customer pricing requirements for Internal Price and Product Management
- Develop an understanding of competition capabilities, activity, market shares, new contracts, strengths and weaknesses
- Develop Individual Service Selling Programs to enhance our supply profile in Key accounts
- To ensure that all sales activities take into account the safety and environmental well being of Messer and its customers
- Collaborate with the Canadian marketing team on new initiatives as required

Requirements
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceKey Skills & Attributes :
Bilingual English and French an assetMinimum of three years experience selling specialty gases and equipment for an industrial or specialty gas distributor, producer or manufacturer, or related experienceChemical or Engineering related backgroundExceptional presentation and communications skillsEffective time management and team-building skillsSound analytical skillsWillingness to travelSeniority level
