Job Description : Our client, a rapidly growing logistics company, is seeking a driven and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to join their expanding team. Responsibilities :

• Handle specific customer accounts from order creation to delivery.
• Track and trace orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Create and process orders efficiently.
• Communicate proactively with customers to confirm pickup hours and appointments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
• Proactively identify and solve problems, taking initiative on available tasks.
