Overview

The Program is a structured 28-month rotational initiative designed to provide recent graduates with progressive experience in construction and project management. Participants will gain exposure to multiple assignments across Canada, building the foundation for long-term career growth within our organization. The program starts in April 2026 and 2 positions are available.

What do we value?

  • Recent University or College graduate in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and relocate across Canada as required.
  • Bilingual English / French is considered an asset but not mandatory.
