Skills Required :

A Performance Tester designs, develops, and executes load, stress, and endurance tests to evaluate system scalability, speed, and stability. Required skills include proficiency in tools like JMeter or LoadRunner, strong analytical abilities, and experience with web mobile application testing.

Key Responsibilities Test Strategy Design Create performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios based on business requirements. Execution Utilize tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or Locust to simulate user traffic and load. Analysis Analyse system behaviour, monitor infrastructure metrics, and identify performance bottlenecks.

Reporting Collaboration Prepare detailed performance reports and work with developers architects to resolve performance issues. Optimization Ensure application performance meets or exceeds scalability and speed requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Experience 5 years in performance testing and engineering. Tools Expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar industry-standard tools.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 100,000 Per Year
