Role : Global Clinical Distribution Lead

Department : PTDS-L (Clinical Distribution)

Location : Mississauga, Canada (with global teams in Switzerland and the U.S.)

Core Purpose :

Manage end-to-end distribution of clinical trial materials to ensure timely delivery to over 600 trials across a global network of 24 depots, supporting Client s clinical supply chain and patient-focused mission.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure on-time delivery of clinical inventory worldwide.

Participate in cross-functional teams (PETs, gSETs) and lead distribution-related meetings.

Resolve operational and system issues impacting delivery.

Coordinate network depot supplies with Clinical Demand and Supply Leaders.

Drive process improvements and projects within global distribution strategy.

Maintain accuracy in the CLARA system and perform system diagnostics.

Operate within GMP compliance and handle quality incidents, CAPAs, and changes.

Required Skills & Experience :

3 5 years in clinical trial management, logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain (pharma / biotech preferred).

Strong SAP / IT systems and diagnostics ability.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred.

Certifications such as APICS, SCOR, or Lean / Six Sigma are a plus.

Experience in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile environments.

Reporting Structure :

Reports to People Coach (Line Manager) and Study Management Chapter Lead (Functional), with deputies sharing responsibilities.

This role is critical in ensuring that no patient misses treatment due to supply delays, and supports Client s growing global clinical distribution network.

Work Location : This is an onsite role within the Mississauga Campus. Candidate will be required to work onsite at least 3 times every week as per team weekly schedule.
