Manage HR projects assigned by the Project authority under the guidance of an organizational executive
Manage the completion of HR actions including with various tenure such as non-advertised process, deployments at level, student bridging, casuals contracts, , and establishing pools at all levels in line with HR policies and business objectives
Oversee and manage the delivery of staffing processes.
Report on project progress and issues to varying levels of senior and executive-level management;
Advise of any potential conflicts or risks in relation to HR policies;
Schedule, plan and lead sessions with clients and partners to gather business information, lessons learned and detailed requirements;
