Job Description
- Manage HR projects assigned by the Project authority under the guidance of an organizational executive
- Manage the completion of HR actions including with various tenure such as non-advertised process, deployments at level, student bridging, casuals contracts, , and establishing pools at all levels in line with HR policies and business objectives
- Oversee and manage the delivery of staffing processes.
- Report on project progress and issues to varying levels of senior and executive-level management;
- Advise of any potential conflicts or risks in relation to HR policies;
- Schedule, plan and lead sessions with clients and partners to gather business information, lessons learned and detailed requirements;
