What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

Help customers resolve basic technical issues

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Offer additional products and / or services

Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Open availability for scheduling

High school diploma or GED

A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home

Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Eagerness to learn new technologies

Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided

High-speed internet connection (no wireless / hotspots or satellite)

Smartphone availability for work-related tasks
