Join us as a Risk Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in proactively handling risks and preventing failures across the Gas Services products and projects with the focus interfaces in the entire product lifecycle. Imagine being at the forefront of ensuring that Risk Management is efficiently completed within our business. Lead and implement Risk Management activities for Gas Services products, impacting our mission.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will understand customer requirements and ensure that projects optimally address risks associated with meeting those objectives.
- Drive the implementation of our risk management methodology to proactively identify and risks.
- Communicate and raise significant changes in overall risks and risk responses that impact business targets.
- Guide product development and engineering teams to ensure the quality of risk management tools usage and process adherence.
- Support risk owners in decision-making by bringing to bear your Risk Management experience from other projects and establishing effective risk monitoring and reporting setups.
- Secure the effectiveness and efficiency of risk response strategies by evaluating potential responses and bringing up unmitigated high technical risks to management and collaborators.
What You Bring
You possess a strong understanding of business processes and interfaces.A strong engineering background with hands-on experience in risk management within complex industrial or energy environments.Your leadership potential, networking skills, proactive outlook, and experience leading cross-functional risk management workshops will set you apart.Project Management experience or a solid understanding of PM principles is preferred.You have a solid understanding of product development interfaces, including build engineering, manufacturing, supply management, and service operations of rotating equipment.This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
