Description de poste4+ years hands‑on experience in AWD Core Development covering Interfaces with AWD, Web Services, AWD frontend JavaScript, AWD MI Analytics Reporting Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high‑level information into details, abstract up from low‑level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs; compile user stories and requirements via in‑depth analysis, including workflow, data, platform features and external specification analysis Design and develop workflow solutions using vendor product AWD according to BPMN and group standards, ensuring consistency with the agreed HSS workflow strategy Implement workflow solutions and rollouts over the full delivery life cycle, ensure high quality of deliverables, and prepare compliance and audit documents; investigate functional issues and gaps during iterative build or test process Arrange user acceptance testing to ensure quality of deliverables and support business to complete functional testing Provide ongoing support and maintenance on existing workflow solutions Essential experience (order of importance) Working experience with vendor products “BusinessOptix” & “ActiveOps” is an advantage

Job Duties
- Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
- Manage the product development team to create a strong end product
- Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
- Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software
- Determine roadmaps for products in the creation phase
- Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
- Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects
- Own, mentor and guide the team for overall project delivery
- Creating business mockups in Lucidchart when required
- Support in release management activities and lead from front
