Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for an RIBO licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for their Keswick office who can :

• Provide excellent service to their existing policyholders by responding to inquiries, providing guidance, conducting renewal reviews, processing endorsements and new submissions.
• Ensure prompt and timely follow-up with client requests.
• Efficiently input data into broker management systems.
• Document and report claim information from clients and manage resolution processes.
• Maintain and possess knowledge of industry and good underwriting practices.
• Communicate professionally with underwriters.
• Must have RIBO License
• Powerbroker an asset
