About the Job

Acorn Strategy is a leading digital marketing agency & Shopify Partner specializing in helping Shopify merchants grow and thrive. We’re on the hunt for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in e-commerce marketing. If you’re skilled in email campaign creation, optimization, and strategy using the Klaviyo platform, and have a passion for driving revenue through email marketing, we want to hear from you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing for e-commerce brands, with a focus on driving conversions and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo , including advanced segmentation, automation flows, and campaign analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in creating high-performing email campaigns, from ideation to execution.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and providing actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a digital agency environment or supporting multiple e-commerce clients simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong design sense and experience working with design teams to create on-brand email templates.
  • Knowledge of SMS marketing strategies and integration with email campaigns.
  • Klaviyo certification or similar email marketing certifications.

    • About the Role

    As an Email Marketing Specialist , you’ll play a critical role in developing and managing email marketing campaigns for our e-commerce clients. Your focus will be on leveraging Klaviyo to create impactful email flows, newsletters, and promotions that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored strategies that meet and exceed client goals.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development : Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, including promotional emails, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase flows, and customer re-engagement sequences.
  • Automation & Segmentation : Build advanced segmentation and automation workflows in Klaviyo to target the right customers at the right time.
  • Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Collaboration : Act as the primary point of contact for email marketing strategies, presenting ideas, insights, and results to clients.
  • Content Creation : Work with copywriters and designers to create compelling, on-brand email content that drives results.
  • Industry Trends : Stay updated on email marketing best practices, e-commerce trends, and Klaviyo updates to continually refine strategies.
