Title Automotive Body Technician Reports To Production Manager Summary Auto Body Technicians repair vehicles after they have been damaged in an accident or other incident. They use a wide array of tools to dismantle the vehicle, replace parts, and repair dents and scratches. Job Duties

• Responsible for repairing collision / damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Responsible for removing and replacing vehicle body panels;
• Realign vehicle frames and chassis to repair structural vehicle damage;
• Fit, attach and weld metal and aluminum replacement parts into place;
• Metal finishing;
• Body filler;
• Bond and rivet panels  Qualifications and Skills
• 310B auto body and collision repair license
• Class G driver’s license with the ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions.
• 2-5+ years of collision repair experience as a Body Man / Body Woman in a production body shop
• Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs (hard hits), including structural and frame rails work
• Above average quality focus
• High production capabilities Work environment / Physical Requirements
• Production shop can be dusty and noisy
• Production shop can have odors such as fumes from paint, cars, and various cleaning supplies
