The Opportunity

The Director of Production will lead production across the studio, overseeing how integrated work is planned, resourced, and delivered across digital, experiential, content, and social. This role is responsible for operational excellence, production standards, and building a strong, scalable production team. You will work closely with creative, strategy, and account leadership to ensure consistent, high quality delivery across all client work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the production team across integrated digital, experiential, content, and social work
• Establish and maintain production workflows and standards across disciplines
• Oversee resourcing, timelines, and budgets across a diverse client portfolio
• Act as a senior production partner to clients across industries
• Anticipate and resolve production challenges before they impact delivery
• Support agency growth by helping retain and expand key client relationships

What You'll Bring

• Senior leadership experience in production within an agency or studio environment
• Strong operational expertise across integrated digital, experiential, content, and social work
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale teams
• Experience working with a wide range of clients across industries
• An existing network of client and industry relationships that can support Thinkingbox’s continued growth
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style
