Description de posteDid you know that our Inside Sales Associates (Sales We offer full-time permanent positions with a comprehensive total rewards package Potential to earn sales bonus in addition to regular earnings.We offer a $21.39 per hour starting wage and a $1000 sign-on bonus Competitive hourly rate ($21.39 base to start) NOC Code : 62100 (Teer Category 2). A comprehensive total rewards package that includes health and wellness benefits (for you and your dependents), parental leave, paid personal time off, and retirement plan options. Sign-on bonus of $1,000. Potential to earn sales bonus in addition to regular earnings. Shift premium for hours worked after 9 : 00pm, 7 days a week. Possible Language premiums of $4 / hour for bilingual customer inquiries via email, and / or calls. The language premium program is market driven and Accenture may amend, change, alter or discontinue this program at any time as market conditions warrant. To be eligible for the language premium, skilled individuals need to receive a passing score upon completing the standardized Accenture language testing and must be successfully staffed in the bilingual queues. Full-time positions scheduled between 35 and 44 hours per week. Flexibility to select your assigned schedule every month based on your performance. Annual salary increases based on performance. Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals Manage a portfolio of high spending advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s) / market(s) industry and client business models Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s) + Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs, using vertical expertise + Improve clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email to frequently assess product performance and provide insights to optimize their advertisements and increase their investments Demonstrate ability to build relationships with the creation of long-term marketing and sales strategies. Expectation is to be consistent in exceeding your quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling. Understanding customers’ business and advertising goals to capture and build market intelligence. Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience Exhibit curiosity by actively teaching self and others. Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to position our advertising solution effectively in the market You will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements through optimization; with an aim to increase customer investment and / or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign. Help them optimize what they are already running, reach their advertising goals, optimize their budget by understanding what is working, and offering advice by implementing solutions to help them see improved results and become more confident in using the platform. Triage Support Issues of clients while still maintaining a strong relationship and meeting customers’ needs consistently. Sales Experience : At least 2 years sales experience in relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing Overall Work Experience : 4 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience if a graduate of Sales / Marketing Related Courses High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling Prior quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion Interest in expanding industry / vertical knowledge through training and certifications Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform. Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing. Experienced and excellent at building relationships and multi-touch cross / upselling over the course of a relationship. Experience working with customers from North America. Excellent listening, interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction. Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills. Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence, solutions mindset and helping nature.
