About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is a contract poistion for 6 months and is responsible for scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments. Specifically:

• schedule vehicle service and maintenance appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns
• explain recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers
• contact customers to confirm upcoming vehicle service and maintenance appointments, and/or reserve appointment for missed appointments
• act as the initial contact for customer concerns/complaints

About you….

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

• 1 to 2 years’ proven experience in customer service and/or business development
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
• a proven commitment to quality of work
