What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts and support day-to-day restaurant operations

• Keep service, kitchen, and flow running smoothly

• Coach and support team members during shifts

• Handle guest concerns and problem-solve in real time

• Maintain standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness

What We’re Looking For

• You lead by example and stay composed under pressure

• You’re reliable, accountable, and take ownership of your shifts

• You can coach others and communicate clearly

• You understand how a restaurant runs (FOH or BOH experience)

• Previous leadership experience is an asset
