Location :  Georgetown, ON

Salary :  $50,000 - $60,000 + Benefits, Bonus & Paid Overtime

Schedule :  Full-Time | Monday - Friday | In Office

They are currently looking to hire an Experienced Accounting Technician / Bookkeeper  to join their in-office team in Georgetown.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is  not  a clock-in / clock-out bookkeeping role. Staff are expected to understand that accounting work affects real-world outcomes for clients :

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4+ years of bookkeeping experience; Professional Accounting and Bookkeeping firm experience preferred

Strong QuickBooks Online experience required

Experience with payroll, reconciliations, GST / HST, and CRA communication

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly

Self-motivated with strong accountability and deadline management

Nice to Have :

Xero, Dext, or Hubdoc experience

Xero Certification and CPB is not required but is a “nice to have.”

Required :

Canadian QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification
