Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full‑Time Sandwich Artist at our Subway in our C‑Store / Gas Bar location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touchpoints through various communication channels.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain accurately to guests.
- Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
- Check product in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Point‑of‑Sale system.
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
You are honest and trustworthy, are results oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.You are familiar with food safe practices and procedures.You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.You are attentive to detail and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.You are able to fulfill physical job requirements, lifting up to 25lbs, repetitive movements, standing for entire shift.You must be willing and able to obtain Food Safe certification.You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Our Lake Country Co-op team members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer‑contributed pension plan.
