Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Gas Bar Supervisor at our C-Store/Gas Bar location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the C-Store Assistant Team Leader responsibilities for this position include:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Supervise and support front-line team members during shifts.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Open and close the store as assigned.
• Oversee daily cash reconciliations, point of sale operations, and deposits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and gas bar environment.
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted sales including tobacco, lottery, liquor, and fireworks.
• Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving stock as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Support and embody Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service:
• You possess a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in a retail gas bar environment.
• You can work unsupervised and plan and organize your own work and the work of others.
• You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• You are attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills.
• You have an ability to fulfill physical job requirements – standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
• You have POS experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
• You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• You must be willing to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certifications.
