You are attentive to detail and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment. You are able to fulfill physical job requirements, lifting up to 25lbs, repetitive movements, standing for entire shift. You must be willing and able to obtain Food Safe certification. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touchpoints through various communication channels.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain accurately to guests.
- Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
- Check product in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Point‑of‑Sale system.
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
