Position Summary
As an integral member of the Education Technologies & Media Services (ETMS) team the Audiovisual Assistant II is responsible for assisting the AV Specialist with distributing setting up and dismantling audiovisual (AV) equipment across University Health Network (UHN) sites and offsite locations. The role also involves troubleshooting and maintaining AV equipment keeping an up-to-date inventory and supporting other related AV tasks as required. Additional duties include cross-functional tasks as assigned or requested.
Duties
Assist AV Specialist with the distribution setup and dismantling of AV equipment across UHN departments and offsite locations.
Inspect and test AV equipment regularly.
Conduct CRB inventories and document equipment usage notifying the AV Specialist of any shortages or deficiencies.
Assist with internal chargebacks and external billing processes.
