As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and help us secure large-scale clients.

Position Overview

The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for searching, identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities and growth for CIMtech Green Energy in the United States market. This role requires a highly experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of Manufacturing environments, technical services, and complex B2B sales cycles who has completed and closed high annual sales with new clients.

The ideal candidate is a strategic closer who can open doorsetseng new clients, deeply understand our service offerings and what our company can provide, understand potential client needs and develop long-term partnerships. After training, this will be considered an independent role where the employee will be searching and finding new clients on their own and reporting to the CEO monthly with client / sale updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue large commercial, industrial, and enterprise-level clients aligned with CIMtech Green Energy’s service offerings
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales and business development plan to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain a strong sales, from lead generation through contract execution
  • Develop a deep understanding of all CIMtech Green Energy services and clearly communicate their value to customers
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, operational needs, and decision-making processes
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex, high-value service agreements
  • Build long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, executives, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with engineering години operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and delivery
  • Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report progress to executive leadership
  • Represent CIMtech Green Energy professionally at industry events, meetings, and client sites
  • Meet and achieve high annual and monthly sales expectations

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development
  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or something related
  • Strong background in manufacturing, industrial services, or technical service sales
  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles
  • Experience selling services (not just products) to commercial or industrial customers
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and customer pain points
  • Experience in Engineering and Manufacturing (required), Aerospace, Automotive, Marine and Mining sectors (preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the sales process
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
  • Schedule and attend in‑person meetings with new clients
  • Travel locally and internationally on weekdays and weekends depending on client availability
  • Attend work events to build connections and inform potential clients about the company
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in energy, green energy, sustainability, or industrial services
  • Existing network of large commercial or industrial clients
  • Experience working with executive‑level decision‑makers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
