Description de posteConcevoir et mettre en œuvre divers projets de modernisation pour l'usine en veillant à leur conformité en matière de santé, de sécurité, et de sécurité alimentaire; Identifier les besoins des départements internes et coordonner les activités correspondantes; Superviser et gérer les contracteurs de services impliqués dans les projets assignés; Apporter un soutien lors de la mise en service de nouveaux équipements ou systèmes; En collaboration avec les équipes concernées, organiser la formation nécessaire dans le cadre des projets; Actualiser les plans directeurs de l'usine à la suite des modifications apportées; Garantir la livraison complète et opérationnelle des projets aux départements internes; Exécuter toutes les autres tâches liées à la nature de ces responsabilités. Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou production automatisée (ou équivalent); Membre en règle de l’OIQ; Une expérience pertinente dans le secteur manufacturier (alimentaire un atout); Un leadership d'influence et de bonnes compétences en communication sont nécessaires pour collaborer avec les intervenants (internes et externes), former le personnel et assurer une coordination efficace des activités de l'entreprise; Bilinguisme Anglais-Français.
