We’re looking for a hands‑on logistics leader to oversee and optimize the final mile delivery of more than 2 million cases of wine and beverage alcohol each year. If you have experience coordinating high‑volume distribution, solving carrier issues on the fly, and keeping deliveries on‑time and in‑full, this is your opportunity to step into a critical role with one of Canada’s leading beverage companies.

As the Distribution Supervisor , you’ll manage day‑to‑day delivery operations across Grocery, Big Box Retail, Convenience, On‑Premise, and our retail network (The Wine Shop). You’ll work closely with warehouse teams, order desks, third‑party carriers, and the internal customer contact center to ensure routes run smoothly, service levels stay high, and customer expectations are met every single day. You will be based in our Distribution Center on site each day but report directly into our National Customer Contact Center team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys troubleshooting delivery issues, and has the confidence to guide people and influence carrier partners.

What The Teammate Will Be Responsible For

Logistics & Operations

• Coordinate daily delivery routes and schedules to ensure on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) performance.
• Solve delivery and carrier issues quickly to keep freight moving and minimize service disruptions.
• Manage relationships with third‑party logistics partners, monitoring rate agreements and service quality.
• Track key operational metrics (accuracy, cost per case, service levels) and implement improvements.
• Oversee stock rotation, inventory accuracy, and movement across internal and external warehouses.
• Support budget management, invoice processing, and monthly reporting.
