Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Site Agent to work on a Highways framework in Peterborough. The successful candidate will have a broad remit, utilizing their experience and skills to manage construction activities effectively.

Job Description

The Site Agent shall :

• Manage and mentor Site Engineers and Section Engineers.
• Support the Project Manager in advancing the construction phase.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to manage resources.
• Assist in planning the construction activities.
• Develop and review work package plans and management plans.
• Help deliver the project within the agreed programme and budget.
• Work with the Planning department for accurate programme data.
• Monitor contractual requirements and ensure compliance.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with commercial staff for record keeping.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in weekly and monthly site meetings.
• Prepare daily activity briefings and maintain site diaries.
• Assist in managing Quality & Environmental plans.
• Ensure work meets specifications.
• Assist in preparing project close-out reports.
• Adhere to Graham IMS standards.
• Promote a safety culture within the site team.
