Description de posteManage bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns Oversee the sign-off process for client files to ensure compliance and quality Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and efficiency in accounting processes Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bookkeeping practices and regulations Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Additional certifications in bookkeeping or accounting Experience working with a variety of clients across different industries Familiarity with advanced accounting software features Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
