Our Associate Talent Program (ATP) is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals with up to 1year of experience who are looking to build a long-term consulting career. The program begins with an immersive two-week training experience that develops consulting fundamentals analytical thinking communication skills and client engagement capabilities to support success from day one.

Following trainingyoulljoin client engagements across Banking Capital Markets Finance Risk & Compliance Insurance or Wealth & Investment Management. Youll take on meaningful responsibilities work alongside experienced consultants and contribute to real-world transformation initiatives within leading financial institutions.

What Youll Do

• Buildan understanding of client strategy project objectives risks and delivery priorities
• Conduct structured research data gathering and analysis to support client outcomes
• Participate in and help facilitate client meetingsworkshops and working sessions
• Develop clear high-quality presentations and written materials to communicate insights
• Contribute to internal initiatives and market opportunities that support Capcos growth

The salary this position is $80000 (Canadian dollars). Additionally this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary / variable bonus payment.
