Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production processes, managing a team of operators and technicians, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record in supervising manufacturing teams.
