Position Overview

The instructor will deliver hands‑on and theory‑based training in mechanical trades, aligned with industry standards and workforce needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Option A – Industry Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of hands‑on industry experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following trades : HVAC, Heat Pumps, Steamfitting, Pipefitting, Sheet Metal
  • Strong working knowledge across multiple mechanical trades

Option B – Red Seal Certification

  • Red Seal certification in any mechanical trade
  • Certification must be at least 2 years old
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of multiple mechanical trades

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom and practical instruction
  • Support students with hands‑on learning and industry best practices
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and training requirements
  • Participate in curriculum delivery as per ACE Community College guidelines

    • Contract Details

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM
  • Duration : 12 weeks
  • Start Date : January 12, 2026
  • Employment Type : Contract
