Test Development Engineer

The Test Development Engineer / Designer is responsible for providing automated test solutions for electronics modules for product development, qualification and manufacturing. In this role you will advance your LabVIEW development skills as part of an industry leading research and development team. This position reports to the Research and Development (R&D) Manager and is part of the R&D department located in Concord, Ontario, Canada and will be an on‑site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Design and validate functional tester concepts in collaboration with design and manufacturing teams.
• Develop LabVIEW code, automated test systems, and user interfaces for Mass Spectrometry electronic assemblies; integrate with test equipment and PXI instruments.
• Provide testability feedback during development, qualification, and release to manufacturing.
• Support new product test development, coordinate supplier builds, and manage hardware transfer to contract manufacturers, including Verification & Validation.
• Analyze failure and yield data, perform root cause analysis, and enhance test processes as needed.

The annual salary range for this role is $111,333 – $122,500 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance and retirement plan. Note : No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
