Process Engineer Payments

Key Responsibilities

• Assess end to end payment processes (HVP, LVP, FX, liquidity, nostro / vostro) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create detailed current state and future state process maps using standard process mapping tools.
• Apply Lean / Lean Six Sigma techniques to remove waste, reduce errors, and streamline operational flow.
• Partner with business and technology teams to implement process changes and monitor outcomes.
• Support root cause analysis and problem solving activities within payments operations.
• Ensure alignment with Bank's process improvement standards and risk / control expectations.
• Provide clear recommendations that improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance operational stability.

Required Payments Knowledge

Working knowledge of SWIFT ISO 20022 for payments and cash management
