Location : Oshawa, ON – Full‑time – Rate : $22–$27 per hour

About us – Davis Orthodontics is a well‑established, patient‑centered orthodontic practice with multiple locations across the GTA. We are known for our commitment to excellence, warm and welcoming environment, and a passionate team that goes above and beyond for every patient.

We’re looking for : an experienced Office Coordinator who is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7 : 40 am – 5 pm; Friday 8 am – 1 pm (1–2 per month); occasional Wednesday 8 am – 4 : 30 pm.
