Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team, focusing specifically on optimizing our billing processes and ensuring data integrity within our Oracle database systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong technical expertise and business acumen (enhanced by an MBA) to transform complex billing data into actionable insights, drive process improvements, and support strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Extraction and Preparation : Acquire, extract, and clean large, complex billing datasets from primary and secondary sources within Oracle databases using SQL and other programming languages (e.g., PL / SQL, Python, or R).
• Data Analysis and Interpretation : Analyze billing data to identify trends, patterns, and potential discrepancies (e.g., in invoicing, payments, or account reconciliations), applying statistical techniques to interpret results and provide ongoing reports.
• Database Management : Design, maintain, and manage billing databases and data systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and efficiency, troubleshooting any data-related issues or coding errors.
• Reporting and Visualization : Create and maintain reports and interactive dashboards (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) to effectively communicate key billing metrics (KPIs) and analytical findings to management and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, IT, Operations) to identify business requirements, recommend system modifications, and define new process improvement opportunities in the billing cycle.
• Documentation and Compliance : Create thorough documentation for data analysis processes, data flows, and policies to ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
